Privacy Policy

We collect personal information - name, email address, shipping address to process orders and enhance your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. All data is encrypted and securely stored.

Shipping Policy

·         An email will be sent when your order is received

·         Orders are processed within 1-2 business days if your item is on stock

·         We will send you a quote dependant on destination and how quickly you want it

·         Shipping times and prices vary by destination:

·         Domestic: approximately 3–7 business days

·         International: approximately 14 - 21 business days (dependant on what you decide)

·         International courier fees are quoted before payment is made

·         Free shipping is offered on orders over R2000 within South Africa

Return & Refund Policy

·         Returns are not given on sale items

·         Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if unused

·         Customers need to pay for the return of the item

·         Contact celeste@duthiedesign.co.za with your order number and banking details

·         Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

Payment Methods and Policy

Payments can be made to; Celeste Duthie, FNB, cheque, 62247704663

Payments from International receivers can be made via Paystack, and Paypal.

Terms of Service (TOS)

By using our site, you agree not to misuse the service or access it for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, and cancel orders at our discretion.

Disclaimer Policy

·         We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information and stock availability

·         We will make customers aware of discontinued items, or differences in product images

·         Use of our products is at your own risk.

Influencer Policy

This policy outlines the requirements and guidelines for individuals or entities (“Influencers”) who promote or collaborate with Duthie Design through social media, blogs, videos, and other platforms.

Eligibility

We encourage the collaboration of brand representatives or influencers for Duthie Design individuals must:

• Any age

• Have a positive, healthy message and public social media presence

• Align with our brand values

Brand Guidelines

They must follow these brand rules:

• Use the correct spelling, logo, hashtags, and tagging conventions.

• Maintain a tone consistent with our brand identity - friendly, professional, inclusive

• Avoid any offensive, discriminatory, or misleading language

• Accurately reflect your honest opinion and experience with our products.

• Include clear product placement, brand mention, and relevant links.

• Tag @duthiedesign and use campaign hashtags #duthiedesign

Disclosure and Compliance

Influencers must clearly disclose the partnership

• Use hashtags such as #ad, #sponsored, or “Paid partnership with @YourBrandHandle.”

Content Ownership

• Influencers grant Duthie Design a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, repost, and modify their content across marketing channels.

• Credit will be given where feasible

Termination

Duthie Design reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time if the influencer violates this policy, breaches trust, or damages the brand’s reputation.

Wholesale policy

Eligibility

To access wholesale pricing and privileges, buyers must:.

• Apply and be approved as a wholesale partner.

• Agree to the terms outlined in this Wholesale Policy

• Wholesale retailers get more benefits than a consignment retailer

Minimum Order Requirements

• Minimum Opening Order R5000

• Minimum Reorder Amount: R2000

Orders not meeting the minimum will pay for the courier fees

Wholesale Pricing

• Approved wholesalers receive exclusive discounted pricing.

• Pricing is confidential and may not be disclosed publicly.

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise approved.

• Accepted payment via bank transfer.

 Shipping

• Orders are processed within a discussed period of time after payment is received.

• Shipping costs will be discussed with the buyer

• We endeavour to send you your order within the time stipulated but we not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Damages

• Sale items cannot be returned

• wholesale orders are final sale unless faulty, damaged or defective

• Damaged or defective items must be returned within 5 business days of delivery.

• Credit or replacements will be issued at our discretion upon review of photos

Resale Guidelines

• Products may be sold online, in physical retail stores, or in approved marketplaces.

• Selling on Amazon, Etsy, or other third-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited unless written permission is granted.

• Products must be sold under the Duthie Design label unless the fabric was specifically designed for a particular brand.

• Private labelling is not permitted without prior agreement.

Brand Integrity

• Wholesalers may not alter product names, branding, or packaging

• Marketing materials (photos, logos, product descriptions) are available upon request and must not be modified without permission

• Prints may not be replicated

• Artwork may not be used
